SERVICES
There is a lot of space to work with in our kitchen. The Allen Russell Conference Center Commercial Kitchen is almost 2,000 square feet of food prep space. In addition there are Banquet facilities, offices, parking spaces, and large accommodating loading access available.
COLD STORAGE
ARCC Commercial Kitchen offers cold storage contracts with and without food prep. We have refrigeration and a 473 cu. ft. walk-in freezer. A blast chiller is also available for your food preparation.
FOOD PREPARATION
Food preparation at the ARCC Commercial Kitchen is easy and accessible. You will be able to prepare your food without bumping into other caterers or having your work area disturbed. 24/7 access allows you to schedule your food prep with ease.
OFFICE SPACE AVAILABLE
If you are in need of office space or a place to meet your clients, the Allen Russell Conference Center has offices for lease as well. In addition, there is a shared receptionist and a shared conference room for daily use or scheduled for private meetings.
FOOD TRUCK STORAGE
We, here at the Allen Russell Conference Center offer additional contracts for parking your specialty food truck or catering vehicle in our secure loading areas. There are designated parking spaces available.
BANQUET FACILITIES
Banquet facilities available for meetings, receptions, parties, and other events for preferred caterers and kitchen members.
SECURE ACCESS CONTROL
The ARCC building is outfitted with secure access control entry. Once contracted, you will receive a key fob that will allow you entrance into the building. The access control tracks time and date of who enters the building and controls keys being disbursed to unauthorized personnel.
LOADING DOCK AREA
The ARCC also offers a secure loading area for loading and unloading your products and equipment. The loading area also features a standard loading dock for large trucks and even a hydraulic lift with a 5,000 pound capacity.
